Cards

POST CARD.
This project started with a picture I took of a shelter on Brighton beach. The shelter embodies all the glamour of the Victorian promenade experience. However these huts are still used today and appreciated for their rainproof and windbreaking properties.  The building has a specific purpose: to allow us to look out and feel the sea air on a windy day. The simplicity of this belies its ornate design. I am fascinated by simple buildings that provide such a poetic service.

Single prints - A3 - £30

A4 postcards - £15
The origins of the postcard in 1869 are completely wrapped up in the seaside, as with the growth of the railways, people were able to take holidays and write home about it. I turned the image of the beach shelter into a super-sized postcard print.

Christmas Pylon

Based on my structures work but hitting a slightly lighter note. This is my first Christmas card design.

Christmas Pylon - A6 - £2 including envelope
